According to media sources, Watch the exclusive speech of former Army chief and President of Pakistan General Zia ul Haq, which according to some analysts caused his plane crash. In this speech he gave the road map, how to implement Islamic ethics and value system in Pakistan in the near future. In this speech General Zia ul Haq shows great determination and gave three points through which he wants to implement Islamic value system in the country. First is Islamic justice system or Qazi courts system, second is Islamic governance system which he called Shuracracy instead of Democracy and the third point is Islamic Salath committees.
